Gone are the days where businesses can solely rely on their website to build their business. Are you one of those people who are stuck on websites and can't see further? Well this article is then for you.
Over my 20 years of marketing I have watched the market and technology change and we've reached the time of 'change or die'. Some might not agree with me but I have had to change with the times to offer my clients better and more effective marketing solutions. Which brings me to the common website. I say common as every website is practically the same. Now-a-days with the free sites and templates it's becoming even worse, and what's more, around every corner there is a new web developer popping up claiming to have your best interest at heart.
Lately, I have had an influx of people complaining about the amount of money they have paid developers and the results do not align. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying don't have a website but I am saying "see it as it is' - Websites are flat non interactive and non engaging, and if you have a site that offers these qualities then you have probably paid a fortune for it, which most of us can't afford doing.
What purpose does a website serve? It's aim is to provide you with information on the company. What amazes me is people are still packing their websites with so much text information that I can guarantee is not even read. And what's more is that every time you want changes done on your website... you have to wait for the programmer to get to your work and then wait for him to program the changes, and then wait for a big bill.
Okay so where am I going with this? In today's world of hussle and bussle, where we are all looking for extra time and focusing on what we do best, we want someone to give us a web solution that is going to work for us. Static is out and engagement is in. To get someone's attention you need to stand out in the crowd and what is helping thousands of people do this is Funnel Marketing. So what the heck is this?
Funnel marketing has the look and feel of a website but it is totally interactive and can even offer the effectiveness of the traditional salesman. What?

Most of my clients are skipping over the 'i must get a website' part of opening their business and are going straight to the funnel because it's diversity.
